Ofelia is a Certified Health and Life Coach and a Clarity Catalyst Certified Trainer for Adults, Teens, and Kids. She is also a Health and Wellness consultant for the American brand Isagenix.

Ofelia’s background career is a Bachelors degree in Business Administration. She graduated from the Universidad Centroamericana U.C.A in Nicaragua, and has worked for more than 25 years in sales and marketing, She is also the founder and owner of the marketing agency, Presto Marketing, based in South Florida which was founded in 2014.  Ofelia also holds a Real Estate License that is active in the State of Florida since 2015.

She is passionate about health, wellness, and personal development, which has shaped her vision to inspire others to live a healthier life… in the best possible way.

She has facilitated Health, Money, and Spiritual Coaching Sessions with clients who are extremely happy with their results. She is also a trainer for the Clarity Catalyst, which consist of an 8-week course based on a Stanford University Masters Degree class in mindfulness and emotional intelligence. She teaches this course to Kids, Teens, and Adults in small groups or on a VIP one-on-one basis.

She loves  HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) and Pilates, which she practices on a regular basis. She lives in South Florida, in the warm city of Davie where she is surrounded by nature of all kinds. She also loves to read, listen to music, play the guitar and overall be positive, and at peace and inspire others to do the same.
